As the new year unfolds, Young Life clubs resume their activities after the holiday break. The communities we serve are ready to embrace the opportunities and adventures that lie ahead as we move forward with plans for the remainder of the school year and gear up for summer camping.
Below are photos from Deer Park's "Yellow Club" from January 12th.
What is Yellow Club?
Yellow balloon games, human "Hungry, Hungry, Hippos", bananas, and TWINKIES OF COURSE!
Did you know that one of the leaders is a Deer Park Middle School principal, and the other is a PE Teacher? We LOVE teacher leaders!!
Committees have been meeting as well! Below is a photo of Kalispell's newest committee members from the jumpstart we did in the fall. We gather to pray, train, plan a spring 'wiffleball fundraiser', and come up with ways to serve the volunteer leaders well!
Congratulations to Kalispell Young Life for overcoming a tough season and rallying ahead so that kids in their community can be introduced to Jesus!
Please pray for the following events/clubs:

A notable highlight from early January is the gathering of almost 6000 dedicated Young Life staff and their spouses in Anaheim, CA. This gathering is a rare occurrence, happening only once every four years! The 1YL conference serves as a dynamic platform for collaboration, inspiration, and spiritual renewal. Attendees are treated to an array of impactful speakers, uplifting worship sessions, and an atmosphere that sets the tone for the journey ahead. This particular conference marks the launch of the KNOWN campaign by Young Life. With a vision to reach and impact the lives of kids over the next six years, the KNOWN campaign embodies the organization's commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of young individuals, fostering a sense of belonging, and telling kids about Jesus.
Fun fact: A video was shared at the conference from Mark Wahlberg. Michelle 'may' have had a crush in high school when Mark was part of "Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch". Anyways.... his life was impacted by the ministry and he shared a word of encouragement with us!
Reflecting on the achievements of 2023 and the ongoing development of ministries in both new and established locations, our gratitude extends to a multitude of individuals. Foremost among them are our donors! Your unwavering support is the cornerstone of our ability to make a meaningful impact in communities that lack the means or resources. Without you, our endeavors would be impossible.
Wishing you and your family abundant blessings in the year ahead!
